We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’re here to help — within the framework of our returns and warranty policy.

Returns Policy

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original, unopened, undamaged packaging.

  • All tags, manuals, inserts, and accessories must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • The item must be securely wrapped, boxed, and sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging must be emailed to us before sending the item back.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Car seats with opened or damaged packaging, due to strict safety standards.

  • Used items or products that show signs of wear.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • You may arrange your own courier or ask us to arrange one and invoice you separately.

  • Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

📩 Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email hello@bornfabulous.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Reason for return

We’ll respond with instructions if your return is approved.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon delivery at hello@bornfabulous.co.za, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll confirm whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please note that bank or card provider processing times may delay the appearance of the refund.

Warranty: BeSafe iZi Flex FIX Booster Seat

The BeSafe iZi Flex FIX booster seat comes with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

During this period, BeSafe will repair or replace the product if defects in materials or workmanship are found.

🔧 Warranty Coverage Summary:

  • ✅ 2 years for defects in materials or workmanship

  • ❌ Excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect installation, and misuse

  • 🏥 Local support available via importer Born Fabulous, based in Midrand, South Africa

    • Spare parts and repair tools are stocked locally

    • Warranty service is quick and accessible
